Dr. Williams is an educator with 20 years of experience in elementary, middle school, high school, district, and regional instructional leadership. As a distinguished educator, Dr. Williams has a proven ability to develop and deliver projects that improve school culture, district culture, teaching, and student learning outcomes.

 

In addition, Dr. Williams has focused on program evaluation, the development of equity plans for underrepresented student groups, professional learning, and building leadership capacity through cross-collaborative teams. She has presented her research and expertise at regional, state, and national conferences. Dr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Houston, Houston Baptist University, Prairie View A&M University, and Walden University.
